PDS PRESTIGE - REFUND POLICY

In the event that an Applicant’s U.S. visa is refused, an Applicant may submit request for a refund of the Premium Service (Home Delivery) fee as purchased by Credit/Debit Card on the www.pdsprestige.co.nz website only. This refund is subject to the following:

  1. That the Applicant has applied and paid for a U.S. visa in New Zealand through https://ustraveldocs.com/nz/en/;
  2. That the premium delivery service fee is paid through this website ie www.pdsprestigepacific.co.nz;
  3. That the paid premium delivery service has not already been used previously for a home/office delivery for any other document sent by and/or returned to the Applicant by the U.S. Consulate General in Auckland through PDS Prestige;
  4. Subject to (3) above, that within three (3) business days of the visa refusal, the Applicant must submit an application for a refund on the application form found on this page together with a copy of the 214(b) letter. If the Applicant does not apply for a refund within three (3) business days of the visa refusal, no refund will be issued under any other circumstances;
  5. That the premium delivery service fee was paid less than six (6) months ago; and
  6. That the request for refund is subject to the approval of PDS Prestige Pacific Premium Delivery Service.

If the refund is approved, the refund of the amount paid for home/office delivery will ONLY be credited to the credit/debit card that was used to make the payment through this website site, ie www.pdsprestigepacific.co.nz, within fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval of refund.


Refunds are not permitted under any other circumstances.


The premium service delivery fee is non-transferable to another applicant.
